The Course Counsellor is responsible for recruiting students and ensuring that enrolment targets for the college are met. This role involves participating in and executing marketing strategies to promote courses through various activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and school events. The counsellor assists students and parents with inquiries about courses, fees, and career pathways, and manages communication via walk-in, call-in, written, and email channels. Follow-up with prospects and converting leads into enrolments are also key tasks of this position.
Job Requirements
