Key Responsibilities:
6–8 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or FMCG marketing.
Proven ability to lead creative teams effectively.
Strong understanding of design systems and scalability.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
