The Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing the design aspect of FMCG brands, ensuring consistent, strategic, and visually appealing output. This role involves mentoring the design team, maintaining brand design integrity, developing scalable design systems and templates, and guiding cross-functional collaboration to align creative execution with business objectives and market needs.
6–8 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or FMCG marketing (experience in design agencies, lifestyle, or F&B brands is a plus).
Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
Strong eye for design systems — balancing creativity with structure and scalability.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or 3D familiarity is a bonus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills — you inspire, not just instruct.
A strategic mindset with a passion for craft, culture, and coffee.
