The Creative Strategy Lead (AM/M) at Hepmil Malaysia is responsible for developing creative campaign concepts and translating audience insights into impactful content that connects with Gen Z and young millennials. The role involves overseeing the execution of campaigns to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing campaign performance.
Minimum 5+ years in a creative, content, or digital agency environment.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with awareness of emerging formats and trends.
Familiarity with the social content ecosystem, particularly short-form video and meme culture.
Experience developing marketing strategies and executing cross-channel content.
Proven ability to work with account teams, strategists, and production in bringing campaigns to life.
Comfortable engaging with clients and industry professionals, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to present ideas concisely and deliver work with accuracy and consistency.
Exposure to video content production, influencer/creator collaborations, or digital advertising is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setup and a fast-paced, evolving agency environment.
