
The Creative Strategy Lead (Assistant Manager / Manager) is responsible for developing creative campaign concepts and translating audience insights into impactful content. This role plays a crucial part in connecting with Gen Z and young millennials while overseeing the execution of campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns. You will also focus on optimizing campaign performance based on audience insights and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5+ years in a creative, content, or digital agency environment.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Familiarity with the social content ecosystem, particularly short-form video and meme culture.
Proven ability to work with account teams and strategists.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Exposure to video content production or digital advertising is a plus.
