Credit Analyst at Allnex Asia Gbs Sdn. Bhd. - Selangor

The Credit Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with global credit policies and adapting best practices to local business needs. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining effective credit control processes that support sales growth and minimize bad debt risk.

In this role, the Credit Analyst will engage in daily activities that involve monitoring accounts receivable quality and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely payments. The work environment is dynamic, requiring close interaction with Sales, Finance, and Legal departments to address credit-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with global credit policies and local business needs.
• Maintain effective credit control processes to assess creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with Sales and collection teams for timely payments.
• Coordinate with Legal on escalated collection cases.
• Partner with Finance/Accounting to ensure accuracy and prepare reports.
• Highlight credit issues to management and provide recommendations.
• Conduct credit research and approve credit limits for new customers.
• Manage daily credit activities and escalate issues as needed.
