The Credit Control Executive is responsible for managing credit control administration and ensuring the financial integrity of customer accounts. This role involves evaluating customer creditworthiness, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily credit control activities, working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations. You will be part of a dynamic team that values accuracy and effective communication in managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating the creditworthiness of new customer profiles.
- Update the credit control system with relevant customer information.
- Escalate customer disputes to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Issue payment reminders to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records related to customer transactions.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in credit control or finance-related roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in financial analysis and ratios.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
