Job Description
As a Crew member at Boat Noodle Setia City Mall, you will be actively involved in customer interactions and product promotions while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. You will support the team during busy periods and uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
- Promote menu items and special offers to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and dining facilities.
- Support team members during peak service times.

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
