The Crisis Management Coordinator monitors global and domestic events to support business continuity and disaster recovery programs. This role involves coordinating emergency plans, administering crisis management systems, and assisting with preparedness activities in collaboration with various partners.
The Crisis Management Coordinator role involves working closely with business and support partners to support OSTTRA's business continuity and disaster recovery programs. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring geopolitical activities for domestic and global office locations, administering the Corporate Notification Center Crisis Management System and Employee Hotline, coordinating office emergency plans, and assisting in readiness activities such as tests and projects.
Experience with working internationally in evaluating risk and geopolitical analysis based on data.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a global team environment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
Able to effectively interact with peers and stakeholders.
Fully proficient with Google applications.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
Project management skills, including task identification, project planning, understanding the scope of recovery efforts, coordinating critical activities during continuity exercises and events, and proficiency with tools required to manage projects.
