Role Summary

The Crisis Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting OSTTRA's business continuity and disaster recovery programs. This role involves collaboration with business and support partners to ensure effective crisis management and readiness activities across domestic and global office locations.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to monitor geopolitical activities and administer crisis management systems. You will coordinate emergency plans and assist in readiness activities such as tests and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor geopolitical activities for domestic and global office locations.
  • Administer the Corporate Notification Center Crisis Management System and Employee Hotline.
  • Coordinate office emergency plans and procedures.
  • Assist in readiness activities, including tests and projects.
  • Collaborate with business and support partners to enhance crisis management strategies.
  • Evaluate risk and conduct geopolitical analysis based on data.
  • Facilitate communication and interaction with peers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.

Experience in evaluating risk and geopolitical analysis.

Project management skills, including task identification and project planning.

Fluent in English.

Self-starter with the ability to work in a global team environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
