
The Crystal Shop Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining store operations to enhance the shopping experience.
In this role, you will assist walk-in customers by providing them with product explanations after training and handling basic online inquiries through WhatsApp or social media. You will also be responsible for arranging displays, restocking items, maintaining store cleanliness, processing sales transactions, updating inventory, and supporting the team during promotions, events, or busy hours.
Key Responsibilities:
SPM or equivalent.
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
Basic communication skills.
Able to work on weekends and retail hours.
Willing to learn about crystals, gemstones, and product features.
