This role is for a Sales and Marketing Executive who assists customers both in-store and online, supports sales targets, and helps promote crystal products. The position includes managing product displays, handling customer inquiries, and creating social media content with some marketing campaign support. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a basic understanding of social media.

This role involves assisting customers in both retail and online environments, providing product recommendations, handling inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms, and achieving monthly sales targets to support store growth. Responsibilities also include maintaining product displays, stock levels, and shop cleanliness. The position includes creating and managing social media content, planning and executing basic marketing campaigns, assisting with product photography and video creation, and coordinating promotions with influencers, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, the role requires understanding crystal and gemstone product knowledge, building customer relationships, and supporting events, launches, or pop-ups as needed.
