This position is for an Internship Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting administrative and operational tasks in a busy environment, including filing, inventory management, customer support, and assisting with events and promotions.
The role involves assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping. The person will support shop operations including stock updates and inventory management, help prepare reports, documents, and correspondence, assist with online inquiries and simple customer support, and support the team with events, promotions, and daily office activities.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Management, or related fields.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills.
Able to commit to the internship schedule with flexibility depending on school or work requirements.
