Job Description
As a CUCKOO Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance of Cuckoo water and air purifiers, including filter replacements and sanitization. You will actively manage customer appointments, provide expert advice on product usage, and drive sales initiatives. The role requires a balance of technical hands-on service and persuasive sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and brand growth within the assigned territory.
Job Requirements
Possession of a valid driving license is required for travel.
Open to fresh graduates looking to build a career in sales and service.
Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks such as tank cleaning and sanitization.
Strong communication skills to explain product usage and maintenance tips to customers.
Disciplined approach to following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
