This role is for a Customer Advisor based in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on providing support and resolving customer inquiries over the phone. The position requires handling inbound calls across various industries and ensuring effective communication to maintain customer satisfaction.
The role involves providing professional responses to inbound calls and managing customer service interactions across various industries such as banking, financial services, food delivery, social media platforms, cosmetics, luxury automotive services, and shared services. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving tickets, troubleshooting using provided knowledge bases, escalating priority issues as per client specifications, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication.
Minimum possession of SPM with 5 years relevant experience or Diploma with 2 years relevant experience or Degree with fresh graduate status.
Ability to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer service experience from BPO or call center is preferable.
Ability to start work immediately.
Ability to work on 24 hours rotating shifts.
