
The Customer Advisor (English Speaker) is responsible for providing professional responses to inbound calls and managing customer service interactions. This role impacts various industries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues across multiple sectors. You will work in a dynamic environment that values customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum possession of SPM with 5 years relevant experience or Diploma with 2 years relevant experience or Degree with fresh graduate status.
Ability to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer service experience from BPO or call center is preferable.
Ability to start work immediately.
Ability to work on 24 hours rotating shifts.
