The role involves assisting the Customer Care & Experience (CCX) functions by providing comprehensive services to patients and customers. Responsibilities include greeting patients, maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with clinical staff, delivering accurate information, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The intern will also participate in new service initiatives and adhere to policies related to patient safety and data protection.
Education: SPM
Preferably with relevant experience related to nursing and Public Relations
1 or 2 years experience in Customer Service
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Ability to work independently with self-initiative
Strong motivation and commitment to customer service
