
The Customer Care, Corporate Communication intern is responsible for assisting the Customer Care & Experience (CCX) functions by providing comprehensive services to patients and customers. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring effective communication within the healthcare environment.
The intern will engage in daily interactions with patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with safety regulations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where the intern will collaborate with clinical staff and participate in new service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: SPM
Preferably with relevant experience related to nursing and Public Relations
1 or 2 years experience in Customer Service
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Ability to work independently with self-initiative
Strong motivation and commitment to customer service
