
The Customer Care Intern will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience by providing courteous service and assistance. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting the healthcare team.
As a Customer Care Intern, you will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a clean reception area. You will assist patients with mobility needs, prepare facilities, and guide customers to the appropriate services. Additionally, you will communicate with internal departments regarding lobby events and perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum SPM.
Preferably with relevant experience related to nursing and Public Relations.
1 year or 2 years’ working experience in Customer Service.
Good interpersonal, communication skill and fluent in both spoken and written English.
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Working with less supervision, mature, independent with a strong sense of self-initiative and motivation.
