In this role, the Customer Care Manager will engage in daily interactions with buyers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth transition during the property handover. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the handover process of properties to buyers. - Ensure all documentation aligns with Sale and Purchase Agreements. - Lead quality handover processes to meet customer expectations. - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. - Monitor defect rectification and ensure timely resolutions. - Prepare reports on defect statuses for management review. - Coordinate inspections and collaborate with teams to improve service quality.
Proven experience in customer care or property management.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Sale and Purchase Agreements.
Experience in defect management and rectification processes.
Proficient in report preparation and documentation.
