Job Description

In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their inquiries related to sales promotions, billing, and service requests. You will also identify upselling opportunities and resolve complex complaints while collaborating with marketing for surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential services to customers, agents, and business partners regarding sales promotions, billing, and service requests.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Recommend programs to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct surveys and gather customer feedback.
  • Deliver technical training to customers and staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline; open to non-degree holders with relevant experience.

Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Demonstrated ability to handle and manage customer complaints effectively.

High integrity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team-player mentality.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when required.
