
The Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Ecommerce Sales Support) is responsible for driving sales growth at CTG. This role involves engaging with customers through various channels to convert inquiries into orders and encourage repeat purchases.
In this position, you will interact with customers daily, providing professional support and service to enhance their shopping experience. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
SPM or equivalent qualifications; fresh graduates and interns are welcome.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Malay or Cantonese is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and proactive work attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are advantageous.
