The Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Ecommerce Sales Support) plays a key role in driving sales growth at CTG. The role involves engaging with customers through multiple channels, using professional knowledge and excellent service to convert inquiries into actual orders and promote continuous customer repurchase.
Candidates should possess qualities such as patience, professionalism, attentiveness, efficiency, and responsibility.
Applicants with SPM or equivalent qualifications, including fresh graduates and interns, are welcome to apply.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; knowledge of Malay or Cantonese is an advantage.
Candidates must pay close attention to detail, have a proactive work attitude, and maintain efficiency under pressure and multitasking environments.
The ability to patiently respond to customer inquiries and accurately process customer orders is required.
Experience in after-sales service, such as handling returns, exchanges, and complaint management, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are advantageous.
Experience in customer service or sales and familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram is preferred.
