In this position, you will interact with customers daily, providing professional support and service to enhance their shopping experience. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through multiple communication channels.
- Convert customer inquiries into actual orders.
- Promote continuous customer repurchase through excellent service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle after-sales service, including returns and exchanges.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism.

Job Requirements
SPM or equivalent qualifications; fresh graduates and interns are welcome.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Malay or Cantonese is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and proactive work attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are advantageous.
