This internship position is for a Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Sales Support). The role offers an opportunity to learn how to handle customer chats, orders, and after-sales interactions via multiple platforms such as Chat, WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and Website. Interns will develop communication skills specific to e-commerce customer service by responding warmly and patiently to customer inquiries. Additionally, they will assist with team collaboration, order follow-up, logistics tracking, product inquiries, after-sales service, and daily operations including data updating and feedback recording. High performers may have the chance to transition to a full-time Customer Service Executive role.
Currently a university or college student willing to intern for at least 3–6 months with intent to transition to full-time.
Able to communicate with customers using written Mandarin and possess basic English skills.
Enjoy communicating with people and being helpful.
Patient, detail-oriented, and emotionally stable.
Willing to learn e-commerce customer service skills including chat response logic, positive review activation, and after-sales handling.
Proactive, responsible, and not afraid to ask questions or grow.
Interested in e-commerce, customer service, sales, and operations is a plus.
Looking to be a long-term member of the team and willing to convert from intern to full-time.
