
The Internship Customer Service Executive (Mandarin) is responsible for providing exceptional customer support in a dynamic e-commerce environment. This role offers interns the opportunity to develop their communication skills while engaging with customers across various platforms.
In this internship, you will be involved in day-to-day customer interactions, handling chats, orders, and after-sales support through platforms like Chat, WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and the company website. You will work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently a university or college student willing to intern for at least 3–6 months with intent to transition to full-time.
Able to communicate with customers using written Mandarin and possess basic English skills.
Enjoy communicating with people and being helpful.
Patient, detail-oriented, and emotionally stable.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
