As a Customer Service Executive at Come Come Trading Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently. You will maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and follow-ups, while also collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in customer service or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
