Job Description

The Cybersecurity Specialist will work within the Cybersecurity Reporting, Training and Awareness Team in the Tires Cybersecurity division. The role involves developing and maintaining cybersecurity reports and metrics for stakeholders, coordinating with partners for accurate reporting, supporting phishing simulations and awareness campaigns, and managing awareness platforms and training content. The specialist will also present cybersecurity risks in business-relevant terms and foster a security-first culture through ongoing engagement and learning.

Job Requirements

Academic degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, or a related field or comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in Cybersecurity reporting, awareness, training, or related areas.

Proficiency with PowerBI Reporting.

Practical knowledge for interface development and database technologies, data analysis and debugging.

Experience in security metrics reporting, data analysis, and executive-level presentations.

An understanding of Cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Hands-on experience with phishing simulation tools, Cybersecurity awareness platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).

Proficiency in developing cybersecurity training materials, awareness campaigns, and communication strategies.

Cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR is a plus.

Certified Awareness Practitioner (e.g., SANS Security Awareness Professional - SSAP) is preferred but not required.

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred but not required.

CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) is preferred but not required.

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) is preferred but not required.

Security+ is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong training development skills.
