Job Description
The Deputy General Manager, Litigation is responsible for strategic oversight and management of all litigation, dispute resolution, and contentious matters arising from Mah Sing’s property development and business operations. This role provides commercially sound legal leadership, safeguards the Group’s interests, minimizes legal and financial exposure, and ensures effective resolution of disputes while supporting the Group’s business objectives.
Job Requirements
Professional Degree in Law
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in litigation
At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and property law
Excellent analytical, advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Commercially astute and solutions-oriented
High level of integrity and professionalism
