The Deputy Manager, Digital Hospital will oversee the implementation of digital initiatives across KPJ hospitals, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies to enhance patient care. This role involves project management, coordination with clinical and IT teams, and optimizing hospital operations through digital solutions.
Job Description
Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and operationalization of Digital Hospital initiatives across KPJ hospitals, including smart ward technologies and patient monitoring systems. The role ensures successful deployment and optimization of smart hospital technologies, coordinating multi-site implementations and operational adoption to enhance patient safety and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare technology implementation or digital transformation projects.
Experience with hospital operational systems or smart hospital technologies preferred.
Ability to translate technical solutions into operational impact for clinical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Collaborative and adaptable, willing to travel for implementation support.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
