Role Summary
The Deputy Manager, Digital Hospital is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and operationalization of Digital Hospital initiatives across KPJ hospitals. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing patient safety and improving efficiency through the deployment of smart hospital technologies.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day operations of implementing digital solutions within KPJ hospitals, ensuring that technologies are effectively integrated into clinical workflows. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of innovative healthcare technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of Digital Hospital initiatives.
- Coordinate multi-site implementations of smart hospital technologies.
- Optimize patient monitoring systems to enhance safety.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate technical solutions into operational impact.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare technology implementation or digital transformation projects.
Experience with hospital operational systems or smart hospital technologies preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
