The Deputy Manager, HR Digital & Helpdesk is responsible for overseeing the administration of Workday configurations and managing system integrations. Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations related to HR digital systems and provide support to users. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Workday and drive improvements in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Workday configurations across various modules
- Oversee integrations between Workday and third-party systems
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Workday support
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws
- Conduct training sessions for HR and business users
- Identify and propose system improvements
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems management
Strong understanding of Workday functionalities
Experience in data protection compliance
