Job Description
The Deputy Manager, Investor Relations will support the management of investor communications and prepare financial presentations and reports. This position involves close collaboration with the Head of Investor Relations and senior management to maintain strong relationships with the investment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communications with the investment community.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
- Engage with the media to enhance the company's visibility.
- Contribute to the development of investor relations materials.
- Ensure timely communication of business updates and financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to align investor relations strategies with company objectives.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree holder.
Professional certifications such as CFA, ICAEW, ACA, CMSL or equivalent would be a plus.
5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
Proven experience in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and the media.
Experience working in publicly traded companies, particularly in preparing earnings reports and engaging with investors.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver clear financial reports.
