Job Description
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging healthcare technologies and digital innovation initiatives across KPJ hospitals. This role involves managing technology pilots, proof-of-concept projects, and innovation deployments, ensuring successful evaluation and potential scaling across the KPJ hospital network. The position supports the innovation pipeline for KPJ’s digital transformation roadmap.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in technology implementation or digital innovation.
Experience with AI solutions, digital health platforms, or IoT systems is an advantage.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and operational impact of new technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Innovative mindset and strong curiosity for emerging technologies.
Experience managing technology pilots or proof-of-concept projects.
