The Deputy Manager, Mobile & New Tech Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging healthcare technologies and digital innovation initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in managing technology pilots and innovation deployments across KPJ hospitals, supporting the digital transformation roadmap.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve evaluating and implementing new technologies within the healthcare sector. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and innovation deployment across the KPJ hospital network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate emerging healthcare technologies.
- Manage technology pilots and proof-of-concept projects.
- Implement digital innovation initiatives across KPJ hospitals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Assess the technical feasibility and operational impact of new technologies.
- Support the innovation pipeline for KPJ’s digital transformation roadmap.
- Monitor and report on the progress of technology implementations.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in technology implementation or digital innovation.
Experience with AI solutions, digital health platforms, or IoT systems is an advantage.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Innovative mindset and strong curiosity for emerging technologies.
