
The Deputy Manager, Property Management & Development is responsible for overseeing KPJ’s asset portfolio and project development activities. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing asset governance and optimizing the use of KPJ-owned properties within the healthcare sector.
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of KPJ’s property assets, ensuring effective project execution and development initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive improvements and support strategic planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management or asset management.
Demonstrated experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects.
Good working knowledge of the project lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in CAPEX tracking and cost control.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
