Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve directing quality compliance, conducting audits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance healthcare quality. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ISO certifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and conduct internal audits to assess quality management systems.
- Monitor and report on quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement quality improvement strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Allied Health, Medical Technology, or related fields.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
Lean Management Certificate or Six Sigma certification.
5 years' experience in heading Quality Control/Service.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
