Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager in strategic planning, monitoring and execution of key initiatives within Allied and Retail Health Operations. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing strategic projects, writing investment committee and board papers, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining the department's efficiency. Additionally, you will spearhead ad hoc projects critical to the strategic development of the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
At least five (5) years working experience in strategic planning, project management or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially in writing investment papers and reports
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to multitask, priorities and manage time efficiently
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
