The Digital & Marcom Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for a hotel, focusing on promoting food and beverage offerings. The role involves managing digital, traditional, and social media channels to increase brand visibility and support sales and revenue goals in alignment with regional marketing efforts.
The Digital & Marcom Manager is responsible for creating and executing property-level marketing and communications strategies to promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels. The role supports building direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and effective channel activation to drive consumer awareness and preference, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility, with a focus on Food and Beverage promotions for hotel guests and local patrons. Additionally, this position works closely with regional marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure integration and alignment with overall organizational sales and marketing efforts, contributing across various marketing activities, including public relations, to support the hotel's sales and revenue goals.
Possess a 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Have experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional areas, with hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, sales, and marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
Skill in managing digital marketing activities, including email marketing, display advertising, and social media content management.
Experience managing public relations activities, media relations, and event execution.
Capability to coordinate and produce marketing collateral and direct marketing materials in compliance with brand standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide marketing leadership and training to internal teams.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and experience in reporting marketing and eCommerce performance metrics.
Ability to stay informed about competitive marketing efforts and evolving digital marketing trends.
