
The Digital & Marcom Manager is responsible for creating and executing property-level marketing and communications strategies to promote on-brand messaging. This role significantly impacts consumer awareness and brand visibility, particularly focusing on Food and Beverage promotions for hotel guests and local patrons.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day marketing activities, collaborating closely with regional marketing and eCommerce teams to align with overall sales and marketing efforts. You will be involved in various marketing activities, including public relations, to support the hotel's sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional areas, preferably in hospitality marketing or a digital advertising agency.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide marketing leadership and training to internal teams.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
