Role Summary

The Digital & Marcom Manager is responsible for creating and executing property-level marketing and communications strategies to promote on-brand messaging. This role significantly impacts consumer awareness and brand visibility, particularly focusing on Food and Beverage promotions for hotel guests and local patrons.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day marketing activities, collaborating closely with regional marketing and eCommerce teams to align with overall sales and marketing efforts. You will be involved in various marketing activities, including public relations, to support the hotel's sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing and communications strategies.
  • Develop direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing and social media content.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams for promotions.
  • Coordinate and produce marketing collateral in compliance with brand standards.
  • Execute public relations activities and manage media relations.
  • Support event execution to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Possess a 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional areas, preferably in hospitality marketing or a digital advertising agency.

Strong communication skills and ability to provide marketing leadership and training to internal teams.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
