This position involves overseeing digital activation across owned and third-party electronic channels, increasing revenue, growing market share, and enhancing the customer experience on direct online property channels.
A 2-year degree from an accredited university in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major with 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, eCommerce or related professional areas, preferably in hospitality marketing or agency experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major with 2 years of similar experience.
Ability to execute on-strategy eCommerce priorities and tactics.
Experience coordinating with sales, marketing and eCommerce teams to validate and track eCommerce goals.
Skill in reviewing progress against goals, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Experience managing budgets for eCommerce activities.
Ability to collaborate with marketing and communication teams to execute online brand marketing strategies.
Experience coordinating execution of online marketing efforts through agencies or vendors.
Knowledge of optimizing paid search and managing platforms like PLUS.
Skill in website content optimization including auditing and consultation for hotel websites.
Experience verifying and optimizing presence on OTAs and meta search channels.
Ability to build relationships with OTA partners and collaborate with revenue leaders.
Experience supporting hotel openings with marketing plan development and activation on digital channels.
Ability to provide eCommerce communication, training, and education to marketing, sales, and digital teams.
Skill using eCommerce resource guides and delivering presentations, workshops, and reports.
Capability to stay informed on industry and competitive trends in online travel.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and motivate e-commerce activation.
