
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing eCommerce, marketing, and global distribution strategies to drive awareness and profitability for a hospitality property. This role significantly impacts revenue growth, market share expansion, and the enhancement of customer experience across direct online property channels.
In this role, you will oversee digital activation across owned and third-party electronic channels, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize performance and achieve eCommerce goals.
Key Responsibilities:
A 2-year degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major with 4 years of experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of similar experience.
Proven ability to execute eCommerce priorities and tactics.
Experience in coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
Experience managing eCommerce budgets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
