Job Description
As a Digitalization and RPA Specialist, you will act as a process mining expert and RPA solutionist, responsible for designing, developing, and testing bots using UiPath. You will partner with business teams to gather requirements, document process flows, and implement automation strategies that increase efficiency and reduce costs. The role involves managing the RPA governance framework, establishing a regional key user community, and providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for automated solutions within the Controlling function.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator.
Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong background in project management and functional leadership of international teams.
Proficiency in business process modeling and analyzing business processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Business English.
Intercultural sensitivity with experience working in diverse, global environments.
Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an added advantage.
