Role Summary
The Digitalization and RPA Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and testing automation solutions to enhance business efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with business teams to gather requirements and document process flows while managing the RPA governance framework. You will also provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for automated solutions within the Controlling function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a process mining expert to identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop bots using UiPath to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and document requirements.
- Implement automation strategies that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage the RPA governance framework and establish a regional key user community.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for automated solutions.
- Analyze business processes and model them for automation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator.
Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong background in project management and functional leadership of international teams.
Proficiency in business process modeling and analyzing business processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Business English.
Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an added advantage.
