
The Intern position within the FSS team involves assisting with various assigned tasks under the supervision of the Team Leader, Digitalization. The role supports financial and digitalization processes in a global work environment.
The Intern will be part of the FSS team responsible for supporting tasks such as processing supplier invoices, performing reconciliations, testing digital tools, troubleshooting, and supporting process improvements. The position requires adherence to the company's standards, reporting structures, and health and safety policies and is based in Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.
No prior experience required but finance experience in a high volume environment is advantageous.
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Previous experience in a similar environment within an organisation or SSC/BPO environment is advantageous.
Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and large enterprise systems like IFS, SAP, or Oracle is advantageous.
Good command of English language both spoken and written.
Additional European, Middle Eastern, or Asian language skills are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
Customer centric mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to meet organizational goals.
Previous experience in migration process and/or system implementation is preferred.
Ability to learn and understand new software and accounting systems.
Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
