
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing all daily sales activities to build long-term, value-based customer relationships. This role significantly impacts the achievement of property sales objectives and enhances overall revenue generation.
In this role, the Director of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, ensuring that the team meets its goals while fostering a collaborative work environment. The position requires a strategic mindset to implement effective sales strategies and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with 1 year of related experience.
Proven leadership in customer service and hospitality.
Strong analytical skills in market information and financial data.
Ability to lead and implement effective sales strategies.
Experience in managing human resource activities including interviewing and hiring employees.
