In this role, the Director of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, ensuring that the team meets its goals while fostering a collaborative work environment. The position requires a strategic mindset to implement effective sales strategies and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily sales activities to achieve property sales objectives.
  • Set and recommend booking goals to maximize revenue.
  • Support and execute sales strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Analyze sales and financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to build strong guest relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Must have a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with 1 year of related experience.

Proven leadership in customer service and hospitality.

Strong analytical skills in market information and financial data.

Ability to lead and implement effective sales strategies.

Experience in managing human resource activities including interviewing and hiring employees.
