Key Responsibilities:
A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 4 years of experience in a relevant area, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
Proven ability to manage spa operations effectively.
Strong skills in spa sales and marketing strategies.
Competence in spa revenue management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
