Job Description

In this role, the Director of Spa oversees the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all services and programs are delivered effectively. The position requires collaboration with both management and staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all areas of the spa, including programs, services, and facilities.
  • Coordinate the delivery of spa services such as salon, skin care, fitness and wellness, and massage.
  • Direct and collaborate with management and hourly employees to ensure successful execution of spa operations.
  • Focus on improving guest and employee satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Maximize financial performance through strategic planning and operational management.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract agreements, and retail product research.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa areas and equipment.
  • Develop and implement spa sales and marketing strategies, including promotions and special services for groups.

Job Requirements

A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 4 years of experience in a relevant area, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.

Proven ability to manage spa operations effectively.

Strong skills in spa sales and marketing strategies.

Competence in spa revenue management strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
