The DRSC Global Analyst - Master Data Management is responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of global master data within the GFS division. This role involves extensive collaboration with international stakeholders and requires a strong focus on data governance and analysis.
Job Description
As a DRSC Global Analyst in Master Data Management, you will engage in daily tasks that involve updating client and vendor records in SAP and maintaining Profit Centers and Cost Centers. You will conduct research using online databases and collaborate with various teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of global master data.
- Conduct extensive research using online databases like D&B and Hoovers.
- Update client and vendor records in SAP.
- Maintain Profit Centers and Cost Centers.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to meet SLAs.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis and governance.
- Support data strategy and architecture projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, IT, or Information Systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in research, Accounts Payable, or Vendor maintenance.
Proficient in SAP Hana/S4, Salesforce, and advanced Excel (VBA preferred).
Experience with research databases like D&B, Hoovers, and OneSource.
Basic SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis.
Strong proactive oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
