Job Description
As a Director in the Artificial Intelligence & Data team, you will drive the growth of the Cognitive Automation business across the Southeast Asia region. You will lead cross-functional teams in the creation, sale, and delivery of innovative solutions encompassing RPA, AI, and intelligent character recognition. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to high-profile clients, managing complex transformation projects from strategy to execution, and identifying new revenue-generating opportunities to strengthen Deloitte's market presence.
Job Requirements
Honors Degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry (Big 4 or MNC preferred).
Proven track record in the sales cycle and leading large-scale project teams.
Deep technical understanding of Gen AI, Big Data, and Intelligent Automation.
Extensive experience interfacing with senior business and IT stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to conceptualize new solutions and approaches.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for high-level presentations and pitch work.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
