Role Summary
The T&T Director - Artificial Intelligence & Data is responsible for driving the growth of the Cognitive Automation business across the Southeast Asia region. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to create, sell, and deliver innovative solutions while acting as a strategic partner to high-profile clients.

In this role, you will manage complex transformation projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment. You will identify new revenue-generating opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of the Cognitive Automation business across Southeast Asia.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of innovative solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner to high-profile clients.
- Manage complex transformation projects from strategy to execution.
- Identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Interface with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Conceptualize new solutions and approaches to enhance business acumen.
Job Requirements
Honors Degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry (Big 4 or MNC preferred).
Proven track record in the sales cycle and leading large-scale project teams.
Deep technical understanding of Gen AI, Big Data, and Intelligent Automation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to conceptualize new solutions.
