This role involves dynamic content creation and proactive outreach to ensure enrollment targets are met while fostering a vibrant online community.
Job Description
In this role, you will host live sessions on social media platforms and create engaging content to attract prospective students. You will also actively seek out candidates and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host regular live sessions on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to present ATUR’s unique value propositions.
- Create and edit viral-style short-form videos to showcase program benefits and career milestones.
- Build and maintain an online community by responding to inquiries in real-time.
- Proactively identify potential candidates through digital outreach in community groups and forums.
- Perform consultative counseling to help prospects understand program pathways.
- Manage the full enrollment cycle to meet specific intake targets.
- Convert leads into registered students to ensure ATUR reaches its sustainable revenue goals.
- Provide administrative support for the enrollment process, ensuring all regulatory compliance and documentation are met.
Job Requirements
At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or education counseling with a focus on lead generation.
Familiarity with the Malaysian TVET landscape, including JPK and PTPK funding.
Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is essential.
Exceptional on-camera personality with the ability to lead engaging live streams.
Strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to close sales and meet strict recruitment KPIs.
