The Engineer/Executive - Proposal (QS) is responsible for estimating costs and coordinating projects within a construction environment. The role involves conducting site visits, negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors, and supporting project scope definition and tender preparations.

The Engineer/Executive - Proposal (QS) is based in the Headquarter located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The role involves responsibilities such as conducting site visits and tender briefings, assisting in project scope definition, sourcing and determining eligible suppliers and sub-contractors, coordinating with in-house consultants on design preferences and solutions, and creating construction execution plans with resource allocation to meet tender requirements. Additionally, the role includes estimating and analyzing costs, negotiating pricing with suppliers and sub-contractors, updating tender costing databases, preparing bills of quantity from drawings, conducting feasibility studies on jobs or contracts, and preparing tender submissions including method statements, work programmes, and resource charts. Compliance with ISO requirements and company policies is also essential.
