This role involves operating standard office equipment, preparing various documents using software applications, managing mail and filing systems, and maintaining positive working relationships within the team. The coordinator also assists guests according to company standards, follows all organizational policies, and performs other duties as requested by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Ability to enter and retrieve information using computers and related office equipment.

Proficient in preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Capable of handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining filing and organization systems.
