Role Summary
The ENVOY, CONCIERGE is responsible for providing courteous guidance and personalized assistance to customers at the Main Entrance of the lobby. This role significantly impacts the overall experience of patients and visitors by ensuring a smooth and pleasant environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will attend to customers at the Main Entrance, greeting and directing them while assisting VIPs and providing information about doctors and departments. You will maintain a pleasant demeanor and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers at the Main Entrance.
- Assist VIPs with their needs and inquiries.
- Provide information on doctors and departments to visitors.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors.
- Handle difficult situations with poise and quick decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Education: SPM or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in a hospitality environment is an added advantage
Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, visitors, and staff
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult situations and make quick decisions
Knowledge of healthcare terminology
Familiar with patient and family rights policy
