The concierge must maintain a pleasant demeanor and ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors, while also performing other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Education: SPM or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in hospitality environment is an added advantage
Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, visitors, and staff
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult situations and make quick decisions
Knowledge of healthcare terminology
Familiar with patient and family rights policy
