The role is based at the CBRE KL Shared Service Centre in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is focused on supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) and Regional Leadership Programs. The team supports learning and development needs, using applications such as SuccessFactors (SAP), SharePoint, CampaignLogic, and ServiceNow to enable professionals to work effectively and deliver meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities include managing training communications, case and program management, handling escalated LMS enquiries and level 2 troubleshooting, maintaining LMS dashboard reporting, designing training curricula, coordinating regional programs with vendors and stakeholders, building customized reports extracted from LMS data, and developing communications in compliance with company branding guidelines.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Proficient in using Learning Management System (LMS) and ServiceNow.
Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision and able to delegate task among peers.
Excellent problem solving skills when dealing with escalation cases.
Able to lead and support initiatives and projects.
Possess excellent customer-centric values and highly engaged in current events organized centrally or locally.
