The EOI - Talent, Learning & Development (LMS) is responsible for supporting the Learning Management System and Regional Leadership Programs. This role is pivotal in enhancing the learning and development needs of professionals within the organization, utilizing various applications to ensure effective outcomes.
Job Description
The role is based at the CBRE KL Shared Service Centre in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where the team focuses on facilitating learning and development initiatives. Daily tasks involve managing training communications, troubleshooting LMS inquiries, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate regional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training communications and case management.
- Handle escalated LMS inquiries and perform level 2 troubleshooting.
- Maintain LMS dashboard reporting for effective tracking.
- Design training curricula tailored to organizational needs.
- Coordinate regional programs with vendors and stakeholders.
- Build customized reports extracted from LMS data.
- Develop communications in compliance with company branding guidelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Proficient in using Learning Management System (LMS) and ServiceNow.
Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills for escalation cases.
Capable of leading and supporting initiatives and projects.
Possess excellent customer-centric values.
