Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, SaaS or ERP software industry.
Solid understanding of ERP/Accounting software.
Ability to explain functionality of ERP Modules and value of the solution to business clients.
Experience in consultative selling, able to understand client pain points and map their needs to the functionality of ERP modules and solution.
Strong ability to initiate engaging conversations with prospects and maintain consistent, effective follow ups and through to drive sales process forward.
Competent in handling multiple tasks / projects independently.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Min a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field.
