As a Human Resources Intern, you will engage in various HR functions and assist in day-to-day operations within the department. You will work closely with the HR team to support initiatives and projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
