
The Event Executive is responsible for managing guest interactions and ensuring a seamless event experience. This role plays a crucial part in promoting brand awareness and supporting sales initiatives within a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will engage with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues while collaborating with various departments. You will also handle reservations, changes, and cancellations, contributing to the overall success of the Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
Attention to detail in preparing and reviewing documents.
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
