This position includes processing reservations, changes, and cancellations, promoting brand awareness, and supporting sales through upselling and managing loyalty programs. The role also encompasses general administrative support for Sales & Marketing, training and motivating employees, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring quality service standards are met.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Capability to perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support teamwork.
Attention to detail in preparing and reviewing documents and monitoring performance to ensure quality standards.
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
