Job Description
In this dynamic position, the Event & Marketing Executive will engage in the daily planning and execution of various events and marketing initiatives. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate webinars and events to meet strategic objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing and technical setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for event execution.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance for continuous improvement.
- Support marketing activities and sales launches.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Promote company awareness through effective event management.
Job Requirements
Candidate with technical knowledge or skills in event set-up has an additional advantage.
Good people interaction skills and detail-oriented.
Strong work ethic and proactive learning attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (oral and written) is preferred.
