Job Description
The Event & Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing webinars and events to achieve their goals and expected outcomes. The role involves managing event logistics, including venue sourcing, technical setup, and coordination with external providers and internal teams, while ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement of event execution. This position also supports marketing activities, promotes sales launches, and assists in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase company awareness and meet sales targets.
Job Requirements
Candidate with technical knowledge or skills in event set-up has additional advantage.
Good people interaction skills, detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and proactive learning are essential.
Strong communication skills are needed.
Proficiency in Mandarin & English (oral and written) is preferred, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
