Role Summary
The Exec I, Marketing & Planning is responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring optimal performance of IT assets. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and security of the organization's technology environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software for end-users. You will work closely with the ICT team to resolve issues and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support for end-users onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers and laptops.
- Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
- Assist employees with software installations and application support.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
Job Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience in device deployment and collection from employees.
Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and system updates.
Effective communication skills to educate users on best practices.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
