The Exec I, Marketing & Planning role involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The position includes installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices, deploying devices to new joiners, collecting returned devices from resigned staff, and performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches to ensure optimal performance and security compliance. Additionally, the role supports employees with software installations, updates, and application support, maintains accurate records of IT assets and service requests, educates users on best practices, collaborates with the ICT team to resolve complex technical issues, ensures compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and responds professionally to user requests with clear communication and guidance to prevent future issues.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Experience in device deployment and collection from employees.
Proficiency in performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end user devices.
Capability to assist with software installations, updates, and application support.
Skill in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution activities.
Effective communication skills to educate users on hardware and software best practices.
Ability to collaborate with ICT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Professionalism in responding to user requests and providing clear communication and guidance.
