Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with the ICT team. You will also be involved in maintaining IT assets and ensuring users are educated on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support for end-users onsite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices.

- Collaborate with the ICT team to resolve complex technical issues.
