This internship involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role includes maintaining and updating end-user devices, assisting with software support, managing IT assets, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
The Videography and Branding Internship involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role includes installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices, deploying devices to new joiners and collecting returned devices from resigned staff, as well as performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices to ensure optimal performance and security compliance. Additionally, the intern assists employees with software installations, updates, and application support, maintains accurate records of IT assets and service requests, educates users on best hardware and software practices, collaborates with the ICT team to resolve complex technical issues, ensures compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and responds professionally to user requests with clear communication.
Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Knowledge of installation, configuration, and upgrading of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Capability to perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices.
Skill in assisting employees with software installations, updates, and application support.
Competence in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution activities.
Ability to educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.
Willingness to collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Good communication skills to respond professionally to user requests and provide guidance.
