Job Description
The Intern, ICT & DX provides technical support to end-users onsite, handling hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting. They assist with installation, configuration, and upgrading of computers and peripheral devices, deploy and collect devices related to staff changes, and maintain IT asset records. The role also involves routine maintenance, system updates, security compliance, and user support including software installation and guidance on best practices. Collaboration with the ICT team for complex issues and adherence to ISMS policies and data security protocols are essential aspects of this position.
