The Exec II, Marketing & Planning position involves providing technical support to end-users onsite by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The Exec II, Marketing & Planning role involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The position also includes responsibilities such as installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices; deploying devices to new joiners and collecting returned devices from resigned staff; performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices; assisting employees with software installations, updates, and application support; maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service requests; educating users on best practices; collaborating with the ICT team to escalate and resolve complex issues; ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols; and communicating professionally with users throughout issue resolution processes.
Ability to provide timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite.
Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Capability to deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
Skills to perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end user devices.
Ability to assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.
Experience in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolutions.
Ability to educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.
Capability to collaborate with ICT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Knowledge of ISMS policies and data security protocols and ensuring compliance.
Strong communication skills to respond professionally to user requests and provide guidance to prevent future issues.
