This role involves providing timely technical support to end-users, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues. It includes tasks such as installing and upgrading devices, performing maintenance and system updates, and assisting users with software support while ensuring compliance with security policies.
The Executive, Sales provides timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. They install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, and manage deployment and collection of devices for staff changes. Routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches are performed to ensure optimal performance and compliance. The role includes assisting with software support, maintaining IT asset records, educating users on best practices, collaborating with the ICT team on complex issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies, and communicating professionally with users to resolve and prevent issues.
Ability to provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Skills in performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end user devices.
Capability to assist users with software installations, updates, and application support.
Competence in maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
Good communication skills to educate users and respond professionally to requests.
Ability to collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Knowledge of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
